Shipping Costs
Shipping costs associated with your order will be invoiced per order, i.e. if you order more than one item, you will only pay shipping costs once. However, BLISSFULBREEZE, LDA reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. If we proceed to split the order, the customer will be notified by email of our intention. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, and no extra amount will be charged.
Shipping costs are shown in the following table and apply to mainland Portugal, the Madeira Archipelagos, the Azores and Europe.
- Purchases over €50 - Free for mainland Portugal
- Domicile Portugal < 50€ - 5,00€
- Spain - Free from €60
- Spain - < 60€ - 7€
- Azores and Madeira Archipelagos - Free from €60
- Azores and Madeira Archipelagos < €60 - €7.00
- EU and UK - €15.00 for orders <€100 and free >€100
- Rest of the world - €30.00 for orders <€100 and free >€100
Shipping to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos is done via CTT and to Europe via CTT or UPS. If you do not receive your order 15 days after it was sent, you must notify us of its absence within a maximum period of 30 days. In cases where the complaint is not made within the timeframes indicated above, BLISSFULBREEZE, LDA will not be responsible for your order.
